Bust-A-Clay Details

We hope you will consider joining us for the 22nd Annual Bust-A-Clay For Kids' Sake Sporting Clays event! The Pass It On -- Outdoor Mentors program relies on the Bust-a-Clay for Kids' Sake event for a significant portion of the funding that allows us to provide quality outdoor experiences for kids from across the Midwest.

This year, the event is scheduled for May 17-18th, 2024 at Flint Oak. Here is what you can expect:

Friday, May 17th

  • Social Hour starting as early at 4pm. Arrive at Flint Oak get checked into your room and for our event! Grab a drink and enjoy live music and conversation with other guests!

  • Dinner beginning around 6pm

  • LIVE Auction to follow dinner. Folks we will line up some of the best live auction items you have ever seen!

  • Entertainment - Music Performant by Wichita Musician Ben Fuchs! During our social hour and after the live auction. 

  • All shooters are invited to stay Friday evening at the luxurious Flint Oak Lodge.

Saturday, May 18th

  • Breakfast beginning at 6:30am

  • Sporting Clays beginning at 8:00am

  • Lunch around Noon

  • Silent Auction and raffle drawings following lunch
