Randy Buggeln Memorial Shoot Raises $3,800 To Empower The Next Generation Outdoors

On November 8th, 2024, we helped host the Randy Buggeln Memorial Tower Shoot at Flint Hills Hunting Preserve in El Dorado, Kansas, to honor the memory of Randy Buggeln and his passion for conservation. The Randy Buggeln Memorial Tower Hunt brought together a group of dedicated outdoor enthusiasts and supporters, raising an impressive $3,858 to provide hunting and fishing opportunities for youth across Kansas.

The event featured an afternoon flight, with nearly 30 participants spread across 10 stations, witnessing the excitement of 500 birds released during the shoot. Each shooter received 100 rounds of shotgun shells, along with snacks, refreshments, and lunch to fuel the experience. Youth participants, accompanied by adult mentors, enjoyed a special rate, encouraging families to join and fostering the next generation of responsible hunters.

Beyond the tower hunt, the day was filled with camaraderie, community spirit, and several raffles, adding to the enjoyment of everyone involved. Participants left not only with memories of a fantastic day outdoors but also with the satisfaction of contributing to Randy’s legacy. Together, we are making strides to ensure that young people have access to the joys of the outdoors, promoting conservation, and keeping the tradition of hunting alive.

Thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating Randy’s life and supporting the future of outdoor mentorship!
