Mentor Application
Thank you for showing interest in being a mentor for the Pass It On – Outdoor Mentors Program! We are glad you are here. We are committed to serving youth in the outdoors the best that we can. To be a mentor in our program, please use the sign up form below. After you complete and submit your sign up form, you will be directed to complete a background check that is done through a private and secured 3rd party, Data Source. We are conducting background checks to comply with our insurance. No private information from this check is shared with us. We get a Pass/Fail from Data Source in regards to your background check. This background check costs approximately $25. We will cover the cost (you will have the option of covering the cost).
