Regional Director
Position Summary:
Pass It On Outdoor Mentors is seeking a dynamic, relationship-driven Regional Director to lead the organization’s in-person fundraising efforts across the Midwest. This role will oversee and execute our current historical fundraising events, while also planning, developing, and hosting at least five additional in-person fundraising events each year to increase revenue and expand community engagement.
The Regional Director will represent Pass It On Outdoor Mentors across multiple states, build strong relationships with donors, sponsors, volunteers, and event partners, and ensure each event reflects the mission, impact, and energy of our organization.
