Pass It On - Outdoor Mentors is proud to announce that Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation (RMEF) has continued their sponsorship of our mission to empower young people through outdoor experiences & mentorship. By using outdoor experiences as a platform to mentor young people of diverse backgrounds we are making a generational impact through the outdoors and passing on our outdoor heritage.

Since the inception of our organization, we have been on a mission to empower young people in the outdoors through mentorship.
