Step back to 1819, a time with the mountain man and the American Indians walked the recently purchased Louisiana Purchase. A time when Lewis and Clark had finished their exploration, and others were wanting to follow in their footsteps. The event interprets 1800-1840 with a traditional rendezvous when Mountain Men and American Indians camped together to trade for needed supplies from the fur companies. Activities will include Indian and Mountain Men Encampments, Historical Traders, Blackpowder Shoot, Tomahawk Throw, Skillet Throw for the Ladies, and a Kids Gold Rush. Come out to Fall River State Park and step back to 1819.
