Ford County Teal and Dove Hunt 9/9/2023

This event is being hosted by Brett Heckel and Pass It On - Outdoor Mentors, Inc. This hunt is open to 2 youth between the ages of 11-17. All hunters must be hunters education certified and accompanied by a trusted adult.

DATE: Saturday Sep 9th 2023

LOCATION: Ford County, KS  

Meet up time and location is to be determined. 

TIME: TBD

AGE OF YOUTH: 11-17, Youth must have a trusted adult present. 

NUMBER OF HUNTERS: 2

LICENSE REQUIREMENTS: Federal Waterfowl Stamp, Kansas Hunting License, HIP stamp, and State Waterfowl Stamp for all hunters 16 and over. 

WHAT TO EXPECT: This will be a Teal/Dove hunt in Ford County, KS .Hunter will meet with Mentor have a safety talk then move to our hunting location and hunt over decoys. Youth will hunt until  limiting out or youth gets tired. After the hunt mentors will teach youth how to clean the birds.
