Meet at main Lodge 

TIME: Arrive at 5:00PM

AGE OF YOUTH: This is a hunt for Veteran's of the US armed forces and there youth. Youth must be 11-18, all hunters must be hunters education certified. 

NUMBER OF HUNTERS: 3 Veterans and 3 youth. 

LICENSE REQUIREMENTS: Kansas Hunting License for hunters over 15.

WHAT TO EXPECT: This will hunt will be a combination of wild pheasant and released Pheasant. Upon arrival, volunteer mentor  will lead introductions, lead a safety talk, discuss the plans of the hunt, and answer any questions hunters might have Parent/Guardian will then sign wavers. Hunters need to arrive to main lodge buy 5PM on Friday Dec 16th, we will eat dinner and spend the rest of the evening relaxing and preparing to hunt the next morning. There will be a morning and evening hunt both the 17th and 18th. During the hunt, Hunters will line up and push fields and shoot at  birds as they flush. There will be plenty of shot opportunity's for each hunter. Once the hunt is finished mentor will show youth how to clean the birds! 

• Bring Your Firearm and Ammo - recommend 3 or 4 boxes of 2 3/4" #4 -#6 If you don't have a firearm or ammo let us know.

• Dress Accordingly To Weather

• ALL hunters must purchase appropriate tags/permits for their hunt. See above

• Hunter Orange is MADATORY
